I bought this mouse thinking it would be better than the wireless cheapy Logitech mouse ($10-$20 at Best Buy) that I had for my laptop and it doesn't work that well. Sure it's a comfortable mouse to use, but there's nothing comforting about constantly changing the battery and having the connection cut in and out....
It's so frustrating putting a new battery into the mouse and still having the connection cut out. I'm not sure what it is that made this mouse go bad in such a short period of time (I've had it about 5-6 months, if that long). I reached the end of my rope this morning when I assumed to battery died again (I put a new battery in just last week) since the mouse just stopped working (and yes, I did turn it off and on again, try to reconnect and use a different USB port, very computer savvy so don't lecture me about that please)...so I took the "dead" battery put it in my Logitech mouse and it's working like it's a brand new battery in a brand new mouse. I'll never buy another hp wireless mouse after the issues and headaches this one has given me. I suppose there's an outside chance I just received a faulty mouse and it's not hp's fault, but I'll stick with Logitech mouses (mice?) just in case.
