I just got this in the mail today and was surprised at the construction and quality of what I received. I thought I would receive something made of plastic that would be shaky and just strong enough to support the keyboard. Wrong this thing is heavy duty built of metal and durable. Shipping was fast (through fed ex) and I was able to put the whole thing together in less than an hour. The only thing is that I would suggest reading the directions carefully, putting this together isn't rocket science, but you can screw up and damage your desk with it. (Like I said sturdy)
I bought this for my glass desk which of course can't be drilled into without doing damage and had no regrets. My only gripe is that I use an ergonomic keyboard and it pretty much takes up the whole deck, leaving no room for the mouse, so the keyboard tray could be larger and it would also be cool if it was made of wood. (The strength is obviously there) But I like this tray the way it is.
And it really does require no tools just so you know.
