I give this a 4 star rating rather than a 5 only because there was a mix-up on the item number listed on the website. Otherwise everything went well and the customer service department dealt with the problem immediately and was prompt in getting back to me. They emailed a prepaid return label so that I could exchange the battery and then followed up to make sure everything was taken care of satisfactorily. I would order from them again knowing that if any problems arose, they would take care of things in a timely and professional manner.
